Account details (your name, email, company), the sales and contact data you enter or import, and basic product-usage information that helps us run and improve the service.
To provide Qwota — store your pipeline, run the methodology, power AI features you trigger, and support your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
When you run an AI feature (for example, a value brief), the relevant text is sent to our AI provider to generate the result. We do not use your data to train third-party models, and we share data only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, payments, AI).
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and isolated per organization. Secrets and credentials are kept server-side only.
You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
